Christian2112 Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 Hi! first of all everything works like a charm: awesome hit reg, network connection benchmark improved significant. playing on the closest server. the only Problem I have is the Xbox party: it won’t work while using the geo filter. i can draw a polygon over the server and the party will work again but there is a cod server close to that location and it will connect me to that server sometimes and my ping goes up 20 ms. alowing the Party server doesn’t work only if it’s in the Circle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Netduma Liam Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 Love to hear it! When you manually allow the server, does another blocked server icon appear next time you try to connect to it? If that's the case there may be a few party chat servers there so you'll just need to keep allowing them and it should work eventually. You could also perhaps try switching to Polygon mode, then draw a small polygon over the chat server location, assuming it always appears in the same place. Does it just show a server icon, or a server with a white ring around it? Are there any other entries in your allow and deny list other than this server being blocked? Or is that a game server getting blocked? If it's the party chat server, you'll need to manually allow that too, or just disable filtering mode until your friend has joined party chat then re-enable it afterwards. Then you just have to accept his ip via the geofilter. You can then reactivate the geofilter and invite it into the game. I use my PC for the xbox game chat (So I won't be saying the xbox chat goes through this server). By blocking this server, I just noticed that the live speed test on the xbox passed my ping from 19ms to 150 ms! Have you tried to accept it also at the level of the geofiltre?
