No issues until today. R2 was power cycled this morning as usual however when on my work meeting this afternoon my DNS went on my PC and Iphone was unable to connect wireless to test connectivity. Work laptop continued to function throughout.

Rebooted again at 16:00 after work and all is good again.

Iv a macbook with what i think is a split VPN which always seems be alright. The past two occurrences have happened while i was zooming - you might be onto something. i WFH every day but this is the first time since the 6th this has happened. It was roughly the same time also.

My PC is just my daily driver not work related. When it happens i also cant connect with my Iphone which makes me think its not the PC at fault.

Il try be on the afternoon zoom for the rest of the week and see if it happens again

Lost DNS again tonight at 21:20. When i tried to get into the gui to reboot i got "page took too long to respond" so had to power cycle. No logs on this one. The R2 didnt feel too hot or anything but seems it might have become unresponsive. May or may not be related. Everything came straight back

What sort of activity was going on on the network around the time of the disconnection? If you want we can enable some remote logs on your R2 so we'll always have a copy of the logs even if it loses power.

Not keen on that idea im afraid Liam, however im happy to keep providing any logs required. Its not really a consistent problem however it appears to be when I'm on work calls via zoom - this can be 2-3 hrs per day. The activity is zoom meetings, using web interfaces into ticketing systems and ssh into servers - all this goes via a Globalprotect VPN which i believe is a split VPN. Other than that I'm just browsing from other devices at home.

Yesterday went smooth even on the afternoon call i noticed no drop. I didn't power cycle my equipment today but on the morning zoom call i lost DNS at 08:27 so the uptime would be just over 1 day- logs attached

Is there any info you want me to request from the work IT guy regarding the VPN that may help in troubleshooting?

OK, I think these logs are pretty informative so let me check with a developer on this one.

No problems since previous mention. Have updated to latest firmware and done a factory reset today. I have mirrored the previous settings i had for DNS.

Web UI feels a bit snappier!

Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
