Qos has stopped working

What about it or the Congestion Control sliders are not working? 

How is the problem presenting itself? What troubleshooting have you done so far? What is suggesting to you that the sliders aren't working?

In order for your speedtest results to reflect your Congestion Control settings, make sure Congestion Control is set to 'Always'.

What device are you running the tests from and how is this device connected to the XR500?

Have you made any changes, or have their been any changes to the network prior to when you started noticing this problem?

I did turn off qos a long time ago could of triggered it but yea qos is not working anymore test are being done on Xbox series x and windows 10 laptop any changes i make are not being recognised i have reset 3 times and not going to do again what is it do you think ?

Are you referring to the speeds not adjusting based on your settings or the bufferbloat part of the test not changing? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?

Ok so nothing works congestion control or excess or qos non of it is working or changing in speeds when doing speed tests on ookla dsl report etc.

Could you do a full screenshot please, I can't see everything. What speeds do you pay for/expect to receive and have you entered those speeds in Bandwidth settings?

What speeds do you pay for/expect to receive and are those the speeds you have entered in Bandwidth settings?

Are you using PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP Option 60/61 or IPv6?
