Netduma Liam
What about it or the Congestion Control sliders are not working? How is the problem presenting itself? What troubleshooting have you done so far? What is suggesting to you that the sliders aren't working?

Netduma Liam
In order for your speedtest results to reflect your Congestion Control settings, make sure Congestion Control is set to 'Always'. What device are you running the tests from and how is this device connected to the XR500? Have you made any changes, or have their been any changes to the network prior to when you started noticing this problem?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 10, 2022 Administrators Share Posted March 10, 2022 Are you referring to the speeds not adjusting based on your settings or the bufferbloat part of the test not changing? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
