dvbuljan Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Hi, I'm long time user of Netduma router R1. Recently I have acquired R2 and I'm little bit disappointed how unstable the firmware is. Anyway, I'm long time FIFA player and Netduma helped me a lot I can't deny. But recently I just can't establish connection in Division games (if someone is familiar with FIFA modes of play). It just searches for the connection and than I got the message saying the connection can't be established and the game just freezes. I have to restart the game to play. But I just can't establish connection in Division games. I was wondering if someone else had the same problem?
Netduma Liam Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Welcome to the forum! If you disable filtering mode in Geo-filter, do you still experience this issue? If so, try widening your search radius a little bit to see if you can then get into a game.
dvbuljan Posted March 2, 2022 Author Posted March 2, 2022 I have widen the circle but now it connects me with some really awful servers. On that point there's other thing that baffles me with this router. When I use the Ping heatmap with FIFA servers I got bunch of servers with their respected ping. But when I'm in game it always connects me to the servers that wasn't on heatmap and I didn't know they existed. Why is that? Could you renew the list of servers that EA uses for the FIFA?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 2, 2022 Administrators Posted March 2, 2022 We can update Ping Heatmap yes - basically the Geo-Filter will show connections and Heatmap we have to manually add servers so there can sometimes be a discrepancy. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
dvbuljan Posted March 2, 2022 Author Posted March 2, 2022 These are images of the Ping Heatmap and GeoFilter. The most frequent connection I have is with this "Allowed server" in Frankfurt and as you can see it is not shown on Ping heatmap.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 2, 2022 Administrators Posted March 2, 2022 That one specifically is an authentication server required for online play which is why it won't show on Heatmap. Definitely should be able to get a game with those settings, does anything appear blocked on the map (specifically a server/peer repeatedly showing in the same location) when you can't get into a game?
fabigas Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 hey, it is an fifa issue. when i fail to connect in rivals (because i Blocked some Server) then It freezes. then i am in fut Champs IT does Not freeze. i can reszart searxhing for opponent. IT is just a bugg in rivals. IT also works in friendlies
