Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 26, 2022 Administrators Share Posted February 26, 2022 Okay great, make sure you haven't set any manual connections on the devices themselves and see if it improves at all
FLUSH23
where would i check for that?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 26, 2022 Administrators Share Posted February 26, 2022 You would check on the Network Settings on each device but if you're not sure where to check then it's unlikely you've have so you could ignore that - as an example on a console for example you should choose automatic instead of manual
Hellegaard1
Had this same problem and it ended up being a faulty power supply. Replaced it with a 12v 5amp power brick from Amazon(make sure the barrel connector is the correct size) and haven't had problems since. Might be worth a shot to try. Regarding the disconnects in LAN Settings set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Shouldn't he first disable the "Use Router as DHCP server" before he does with the DHCP range and reserved IP adresses?

It's not entirely necessary, I get people to keep it enabled so that any new devices that may connect to the network get internet right away
