Hello -

Did I add my device correctly? I posted the entire QoS page just in case I messed up somewhere. I play on PC , hardwired, and called me device a playstation. I noticed there wasnt any download or upload packets

That looks correct, have you played any games since adding this rule? I'd also suggest disabling the DumaOS classified games rule while you're testing the manual one you've added.

Hi Liam- yes I played a few games with this rule. That’s why I was wondering if it was working properly since there were no download or upload packets, I will try disabling the classified games.

Let us know how you get on - what game are you playing exactly? Check the IP on the device itself and double check it matches the IP on the device you think it is in the Device Manager

I double checked the ip addresses and they match.

I am playing warzone.

I connect an Ethernet from router to my pc.

Should definitely be working in that case, did you add the rule while the game/client was already on? If so that's probably why, shut them down completely, including from the System Tray on the PC, wait a few minutes then launch and it should work.
