I can connect to Warzone Rebirth Island lobbies instantly. But no matter what I do, I cannot connect to a Battle Royal match. It just searches until the end of time.

This is likely caused by however you currently have Geo-filter configured. How many servers approximately are there within your search radius and what's your ping to those servers roughly?

I have a good amount of servers. You can see the pictures below.

Try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works.

What is the difference between a Diamond Pin and a Circle Pin on the heatmap?

Did this, still no luck. Just searches and searches... Will load into a <20 ping lobby for Rebirth no Problem, in BR it just climbs and climbs, been almost 45 min of trying multiple times.

Not saying that but there is nothing on our side that would cause you not to be getting a game in just one playlist, especially as you have so many covered, if you cover all of the US for example do you get a game easier? If you disable the Geo-Filter do you get games where your polygon is covering?

Okay that'll be why you can't get one with the filter enabled. I'm not sure why they would do that, try during peak times to force west coast, they may bring them online during heavy periods

Ok, brother got the same Router yesterday, we set up the same parameters, and he gets into west coast BR lobbies no problem. I live in Kent WA, he lives 20 min away from me...

If there are no settings differences I can't see how one would allow it vs the other. If you connect your console to their router (if possible) can you get the games in that location?

This is most likely all related to sbmm and player pool at the time. Large population of rebirth players lately so its not that hard to find a rebirth game. Sometimes battle royale can take an extra minute or two but nothing too bad. Whenever i want to test my connection to make sure it works properly ill load into rebirth because it doesnt take very long.
