Hey

so i haven't had netduma on for about 5 months.. due to the constant disconnects and having to reboot every other day

Noticed you released a update so though hey ho maybe they will have fixed the disconnects

Installed new update.. R2 3.0.394

FACTORY RESET

Proceeded to setup

Virgin Hub > Netduma > PC

MODEM MODE lasted just under a day!!!

wifi drops ethernet drops. Unable to login to netduma interface..

So i searched the forum for any KNOWN issues and a admin put something somewhere to use Virgin via DMZ

So today 03.01.2022 i decided to give this a go

Virgin DMZ > Netduma > PC

lasted a few hours today

wifi drop ethernet drop but i was able to access netduma interface.

So i grabbed the logs before DC and then after reboot

Hopefully someone from admin team will shortly come along and help :)

What time did the disconnection occur? The logs only cover about 10 minutes so I'm guessing you disconnected power and rebooted before grabbing the logs right?

How did you factory reset after installing the firmware, via the reset pin on the back or through the interface?

Could you please go to the three-dot menu in the top right of the interface and go to Advanced -> Rapp performance.

Please then click the 'Advanced' tab and then hover your mouse just a little higher than the top of the Rapp column, until you see a check box appear saying 'Show kernel values', click that.

After this, click the Memory (P) column to sort it and send over a screenshot.

Thanks for that, Rapp Performance values seem to be within the normal range.

In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.

Did you do the above as it's showing devices are getting IPs outside the range I mentioned which could be why it is disconnecting

Yes i did and i have rebooted it a few times..

Some devices kept showing new ranges but since they have reconnected they have kept there range value apart from my daughters phone which seems to have kept 2 ??
