Dip3hittyo
I am constantly getting these errors along with a lot of other random errors. I have tried factory formatting restarting anything I can think of. Anyone able to help fix this?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2022 Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you try using Google Chrome please and see if you get the same issue? Also connect using http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net - if you're forcing HTTPS that may be causing it
Dip3hittyo
Good Day - I have tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I have used the addressees you provided so it would not force HTTPS but it still has the same issue. Also, I notice that the UI has a hard time to load. Seems to take a long time to load anything. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2022 Do you have Armor enabled by any chance? If so please disable that, reboot the router from the interface/app, wait 2 minutes then access and see if it works better.
Dip3hittyo
No I do not have that enabled. Here’s a picture of another error. Seems to be random with errors.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2022 Do you have an Adblocker enabled on the web browser? If so disable it please then clear browser cache/cookies. That's typically an error when the Adblocker is blocking something on the interface
Dip3hittyo
I will disable and let you know how it goes. Just the default web browser ad blockers are active. Netduma Fraser
Dip3hittyo
So I have tried this. Other errors are gone but still getting JSON errors.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2022 When the JSON error appears is it always on the Geo-Filter? When you click ok does it come back immediately or does it take awhile to return? Does it come up when you load the page or when you change a setting or when something happens e.g. when auto ping appears?
Dip3hittyo
Sorry for the late reply, it happens all the time. It takes a long time to load, sometimes it doesn’t load at all. I have to constantly clear my cookies the restart the browser. But there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason of when it happens. Seems to be worse now a days. Barely loads at all. Could you perhaps try clearing these out, resyncing cloud and then re-add what you need and see if that helps?
