If no bufferbloat and no bandwidth change is traffic prio worth it?

Quick question.

 

if I don’t use anti BB or bandwidth allocation, does traffic prio still…works? Since all it does is superscede AntiBB for those ports?

Yes it does and yes it will supersede Congestion Control/Anti-BB

But I don’t have anything on in CC. 

so if I disable QoS entirely , is that the same as just using only traffic prio?

That's fine by nature it will prioritize anything ahead of other devices anyway. If you disable QoS entirely from the Congestion Control menu  that will disable Traffic Prio as well
