Hallo netduma Team,

Welcome to the forum!

How have you added your device to Geo-filter? What platform are you playing on? Can you provide a full page screenshot of your Geo-filter setup?

Do this and then see if it works please:

  1. Quit the game completely - so go back to console dashboard
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
  5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  6. Wait 2 minutes
  7. Boot up game

Do you ever remove the device from the Geo-Filter and only add it back when the console/game is on? If so that would explain why icons don't always appear. Another potential could be if you leave your console in an instant on/power saving state, then powering it on may not trigger the Geo-Filter to detect that it is properly online

i did what u said but nothing. Filter is literally broken. worked in the First few days and now Not anymore.

need another solution.

here the logifle. i searched an opponent in 10:55 til 11:57 and found them. nothing shown in the filter

Could you please do the following:

  1. Remove the console from Geo-filter
  2. Power off the console and disconnect it's ethernet cable
  3. Go to Device Manager and click the PS5
  4. Delete the PS5
  5. Power the PS5 back on and reconnect ethernet cable
  6. Re-add it to Geo-filter

Let us know if this resolves the problem.

Did you factory reset after upgrading the firmware as it's not an issue that you should be having/is almost always resolved by the above steps

Posted

yeah i reset after Update to 3.0. 394

so it worked for the First days.. after plug in the ethernet again and delete in device Manager IT worked for few games.. than IT crashed again after adjusting the polygon Mode.

How is the console connected? Are you using automatic or manual network settings on it? Have you done port forwarding/using the DMZ etc?

Posted

connected with ethernet, IP Automatic, DHCP no, dns Google, mtu manuell

console is dmz in the netduma.

no forwarding but upnp and dmz

So you reserved an IP for it on the router? What MTU are you using? DMZ could cause it potentially as it does pass traffic straight through to the console. Can you remove it from that and use default MTU, restart the console and see whether it works please?

think i found the Bug.. whenever u enable a traffic prio rule for ps4"the Filter crashes and does Not Show Information. when disable IT works. maybe Check this for other customers

It's unlikely that otherwise everyone would be having the same issue - what rule did you do exactly, can you provide a screenshot please?
