PureVPN doesn't work with R2 3.0.394

I never got the PureVPN working with the old firmware so had hopes with the new firmware. 
It still doesn't work. 

Problem : When i put in the PureVPN credentials in the Hybrid Setup tab, the status stays on Connecting.
The "Logs" doesn't show up anything. 
When i press the VPN setup the credentials username and password are blank and doesn't remember the input.

I tried 2 different browser: Google Chrome and Firefox, both doesn't work.
I tried different countries in the VPN Setup in the DumaOS with different protocols like UDP and TCP, both doesn't connect.

I made sure i pasted the correct username and password, even tried to type them manually.
When i try purevpn on my desktop computer with the username and password it works correctly.

Please provide a solution as i bought a year subscribtion from PureVPN and don't want to waste the money i spent.

The team are aware of this, I'm assuming its a config issue that we need to edit it to make it work. I'll discuss with the team and see what they can do.

When i tried it on the old firmware in the logs i saw something about a "certificate issue". Can't reproduce that anymore...
I hope to have a fast answer/reply to fix the issue. I'm in full coop mode if needed to test it out.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried a lot of the servers but none of them will connect.

We are aware and looking into it, doesn't seem to work using Advanced either so likely an entry in the configs is not compatible with the router.

It's something we can do without needing to release a new firmware, so hopefully soon. The team member who looks after this will be back in the office this week so he should be able to update it then, provided it doesn't require any developer input.

Anyone having connecting problems needs to use their purevpn password, not your login password.  You can find this by going to your account and billing section.  Then expand to show/update vpn and there u can see the password that will allow your account to connect in hybrid vpn.

I allready did it with the correct user details, that isn't the issue here. The issue here is in the firmware or the OS/software that runs on the netduma itself.

I'm using the Latest firmware on the Netduma R2. The screenshot above is relevant.

I'm referring to the VPN configs you're using, there are several, which did you use?

I am not using that, i'm using the option Basic in the Netduma OS. Advanced i haven't tried, i don't know how to be honest.

And if i would have to try that then where could i upload that file?
I would go for OS Windows --> OVPN version 2 --> nl2-ovpn-tcp.ovpn

Try Linux or DD-WRT Version 2, then download the file for the server you want, open it in a notepad then start the setup on HybridVPN but choose advanced instead of basic and input it into the configuration box

You'll need to use the configs from Pure with the Advanced Setup currently

But in Advanced i can only choose between Open vpn and wireGuard. How it will be work with pure vpn?

That's the protocol, PureVPN has OpenVPN, I'm not sure if they use Wireguard or not

What firmware version are you on? Give the router a reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and try again

Okay after reboot it connect. But VPN is Not working because when i Check it on http://dnsleaktest.com it Shows the Server Form my ISP.

It won't show on your PC. Check geolocation on your gaming device

No its not working, i tried with pure vpn and Express vpn config files. Status is connected but its not change the region.

Can you provide a screenshot of your HybridVPN page please?
