ping heatmap not working for call of duty vanguard?

Hey all! I own an XR500 netgear gaming router and i wanted to ping all the servers for call of duty vanguard. But for some reason its not working. All the other games work just fine but not vanguard. I live in washington and keep connecting to california or texas servers when I should clearly be connecting to portland. Anyone else having this issue? Its nothing but a blank map.

It's likely the same issue as this: 

 we will get it sorted though don't worry. It won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter.

I'm having the same issue too. The message on my screen says "29 Server Errors" when I select COD Vanguard and try to use the Ping HeatMap feature.

And idea when this will get fixed/updated?

Yeah they all appear to have stopped responding now, I've spoken with the team and we'll get another update pushed today.

Heatmap has been updated so resync the cloud and ping again and they should appear. If they update their servers again like Warzone then it may not last the day unfortunately.
