What is the problem here, what should I do? Help please

When did this first occur, after changing a setting, adding a device to the Geo-Filter etc? If you click ok can you continue to use the feature or does it reappear?

I did auto setup for best ping on qos and marked low spikes and low ping.

It reapears all the time when im in geofilter  or dashboard

i cant use feature as the winow reapears

Can you unpin the Geo-Filter from the Dashboard please, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and then see whether the error still occurs?

To reboot? How? Just reenter netduma on browser?

So access the interface, click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and click reboot.

How to block dedicated servers? I click on deny in geo filter, but it still connects me on same dedis..

Great! You don't need to deny them manually, just ensure your radius/polygon excludes them and it will block them, if you have already made a connection to a server you want to block then quit the game to console dashboard/PC desktop then adjust your Geo-Filter and relaunch the game and should be blocked from then on. Servers often cluster in the same location as well so you may add one to deny but there are others in that same spot still allowed.
