Papi-Dineroo
just recently bought this router after using the netduma r1 router for a long time. and once bought the xr700, returned. but I would like to know why the 3.0 version is not available on the xr1000. I'm aiming for the adblock feature.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 6, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 6, 2021 XR1000 comes with DumaOS 3.0 by default but it does not currently have the Adblocker feature but may be implemented in the future.
KAC1023xxxl
I had the R1, I even had a "Lagbuster" before Netduma came out. I bought the XR700 when it was released a few years back. I now have the XR1000 and dont have the Geo Filter or the new "ping map" It keeps saying something about RAPP not loaded yet please wait. Thanks for any help in this matter. I have Verizon FIOs internet in NY.

Go to the System Information page, on the Rapp panel option menu change retries to 5, then give the router a reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if they load then. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 9, 2021 Are you using Armor by any chance? If so disable that and reboot the router from the interface and wait the 2 minutes then see if it loads properly
KAC1023xxxl
Armor is off and expired, I check the routers website interface.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 9, 2021 Did you factory reset after upgrading the firmware? If not please do as that clears old low level code from the previous version that could cause issues
KAC1023xxxl
The Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. After a factory reset....
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 13, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2021 Did you wait 2 minutes after the reset before accessing? If not that's likely why as the Rapps won't load properly if they're accessed before they're ready
