Hungovermonty Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 Hi, my NetDuma R2 is not booting up. Can't log into OS, can't find wireless ID and won't reset even with turning the power off and pressing the reset button. Can you please help?

Netduma Liam Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 You don't need internet access to get to the interface. Could you please hold the reset pin on the back of the R2 for thirty seconds, then release it and allow the R2 a few minutes to reset.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 27, 2021 Administrators Posted October 27, 2021 Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, then power on and wait 2 minutes before doing anything then can you try connecting to another one of the LAN ports please and see if there is a difference? Did you hear a click when you put the cable in previously?
