Thanks for the fast reply! Glad im not a dummy.  In stead of adding a new topic, I keep running benchmark tests.  MY ping is out of control. IS there something I can do to help this or is this just a bad ISP?

So on the XR routers we're still working on improving the Benchmark results so you can take them with a pinch of salt. However, under load and Ping Test are reflecting the same sort of results, this could just be that your connection to the Google server (which is what Benchmark uses) isn't great, or it could indicate a ISP/modem problem. What is your ping if you do a speedtest.net test? If you open command prompt on your PC, type ping 8.8.8.8 -t and let it run for ~20 lines, then press Ctrl + C what results do you get?

You've got some really sporadic results there in the ping test, could you please try connecting directly to your modem then run the ping test again? This will help us identify if it's a problem with the XR1000.
