Dumaos not working

My internet is working fine but i cannot use dumaos on my computer or the iphone app. 

On the app it keeps giving me an error message which i attached below. 
I’ve tried closing and reopening many times and i also looked for an update but there is none. 

It doesnt work on my computer either i also attached a second image for that error message.

Give the router a reboot, wait 2 minutes and then you should be good to go!

Ok thanks! It worked, but i always get nervous rebooting the router because it seems to be hit or miss and sometimes i dont get my internet back. It happened again this time, but then i rebooted only the modem and then it worked. Im not sure if i just get unlucky sometimes or im doing something wrong but router reboot doesn’t always work out for me, luckily this time it did 👍
