Internet problems

So I just got a netduma R2 and I have it ran through the isp router and nothing is connected to the isp router besides the netduma. The problem is that my netduma is pinging really bad and isn’t pushing nearly the internet that the isp router is. My isp router pushes 320mps the netduma is only pushing around 130mps but late at night it drops severely. So would it be beneficial to unhook my isp router and connect the netduma to the cable? Sometimes I will run amazing ping then all the sudden it will go to over 1000 ping and i dont know how to fix it.

My isp is windstream. The isp router is an arris DG2460A. Security mode is WPA2-PSK(AES). We pay for 300mgps and we get that most of the time until around 11pm and then it starts pinging really bad and drops to 88mgps.

I'm not sure if that specific Arris modem has Energy Efficient Ethernet, but it may be worth logging in to the Arris interface and checking as this could cause strange problems like this.

Could you confirm that your speeds drop around 11PM regardless of whether the R2 is connected or not? If that's the case I'd definitely suggest reaching out to your ISP about this.

Thank you so much. I also have another problem. The warzone ping heatmap isn’t working all the servers say N/A. I have tried resyncing to the cloud and also clearing browser cache and neither have worked.

It's something we need to update, they're updating it multiple times a day at the moment which makes it difficult to keep up. We are working on an alternate solution so this stops happening and that will be done soon. Keep trying to resync though over the course of a day

So would the netduma work if I got a coaxial cable to lan cable adapter instead of running it through my arris router?

In theory yes but I don't believe anyone has tried this with the R2 so can't say for certain - it is meant to connect to an existing modem/router/ONT
