My ping heatmap isnt showing any locations at all. the rapp service shows that its getting connection but all the server ip's are failing. I have this Netduma connected to my modem. it was pretty confusing configuring this device as a secondary router but i managed to get it working with the exception that i cannot really figure out the ping heatmap i will post a picture to show the errors that are popping up. if theres anyone with any info, help a brother out

We need to update it, we're working on it, just had a few issues. Should be done early next week.

Any update on this? I got mostly all other games working but ironically i only play warzone and thats the one game that doesnt work with the heatmap. ive tried loading into games with geofilter still on but it doesnt seem like its working

They're updating it multiple times a day at the moment, we're doing another one today so resync the cloud a bit later - it may not work for long if they keep updating it, we're looking into a more permanent solution. It doesn't affect how the Geo-Filter works, just the pinging of servers on heatmap

i dont know how i can check but i doesnt feel like its been working... i just got the router 2 weeks ago and it was working but since last week ive found myself back in the same canadian servers. ive tried resyncing cloud and rebooting but nothing seems to be working. i havent checked for any game outside of modern warfare

Post a screenshot of how you have your Geo-Filter currently setup and if possible showing you getting these Canadian servers

the way i tell the servers is by the name of players as well as the accents of other players. heres my settings. im usually able to find matches fairly quick at low ping. none of the legend features work either

You can't influence where other players connect to, they could be connecting to a server far away so doesn't necessarily indicate you're getting a Canadian server. Your Ping Assist is set very high so you could be put on any server really. Put that to 0 to force it just your polygon. Also what do you mean by the legend features don't work? They just indicate what the different symbols you may see on the map represent.
