Hi, I’ve been unable to connect to some websites from my phone while connected to wifi. It’s just on my phone thats blocked while on wifi, I can access it using mobile data or from other device connected to wifi but not on my phone while connected to wifi.

Are you using Adblocker? If so, pause it for your device and confirm that it then works. We may just need to whitelist some domains for you.

Hi, I don’t use adblock on router but I do use adguard on my phone. Even if I turn it off it doesn’t work through wifi

Interesting, could you completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control and see if you can then get on these sites.

Wow, yes I can access it after disabling QoS and can’t after turning it on again.

That's odd, what kind of websites are they? Do they require a lot of Bandwidth such as YouTube or Twitch?

It's very odd that QoS disabled would do this, can you re-enable QoS and just go to the Adblocker page and double check it is definitely disabled?

Yes adblocker is definitely off, its the qos and its on my phone only its doing like this.

If it is only present on the phone then have you made changes to the phone specifically on QoS? What is the phone model and software version?

Re-enable QoS and disable both Traffic Prioritization options. If anything on the QoS page would be causing it that would be it. Then see if it occurs. Also on WiFi settings on your iPhone, click the i icon next to the R2 WiFi network and disable Private Addresses. Then forget the connection and completely reconnect to the WiFi by putting in the password again. Then try re-enabling QoS and see whether it works.

Neither helped at all? Can you keep QoS enabled and make a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic to the device and see if it works please
