Rabin Posted September 21, 2021 Posted September 21, 2021 Hi, I’ve been unable to connect to some websites from my phone while connected to wifi. It’s just on my phone thats blocked while on wifi, I can access it using mobile data or from other device connected to wifi but not on my phone while connected to wifi.

If so, pause it for your device and confirm that it then works. We may just need to whitelist some domains for you.
Rabin Posted September 21, 2021 Author Posted September 21, 2021 Hi, I don’t use adblock on router but I do use adguard on my phone. Even if I turn it off it doesn’t work through wifi

Rabin Posted September 21, 2021 Author Posted September 21, 2021 Wow, yes I can access it after disabling QoS and can’t after turning it on again.

Rabin Posted September 22, 2021 Author Posted September 22, 2021 Its a korean webcomics site. Also this thread is blocked aswell sometimes if I try to access through wifi 🤷🏼♂️
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Posted September 22, 2021 It's very odd that QoS disabled would do this, can you re-enable QoS and just go to the Adblocker page and double check it is definitely disabled?
Rabin Posted September 22, 2021 Author Posted September 22, 2021 Yes adblocker is definitely off, its the qos and its on my phone only its doing like this.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Posted September 22, 2021 If it is only present on the phone then have you made changes to the phone specifically on QoS? What is the phone model and software version?
Rabin Posted September 22, 2021 Author Posted September 22, 2021 Iphone X, IOS 15 just updated. I haven’t made any changes on qos.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Posted September 22, 2021 Did you experience this prior to the iOS 15 update?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Posted September 22, 2021 Where abouts are you located? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page just how it's normally setup please?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Posted September 22, 2021 Apart from Congestion Control changes, could you show Traffic Prioritization as well please?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 23, 2021 Administrators Posted September 23, 2021 Re-enable QoS and disable both Traffic Prioritization options. If anything on the QoS page would be causing it that would be it. Then see if it occurs. Also on WiFi settings on your iPhone, click the i icon next to the R2 WiFi network and disable Private Addresses. Then forget the connection and completely reconnect to the WiFi by putting in the password again. Then try re-enabling QoS and see whether it works.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 23, 2021 Administrators Posted September 23, 2021 Neither helped at all? Can you keep QoS enabled and make a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic to the device and see if it works please
Newfoundland Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 Did you have the Beta version of IOS 15 before upgrading to the official one?
