It’s just on my phone thats blocked while on wifi, I can access it using mobile data or from other device connected to wifi but not on my phone while connected to wifi. If anything on the QoS page would be causing it that would be it. Then see if it occurs. Also on WiFi settings on your iPhone, click the i icon next to the R2 WiFi network and disable Private Addresses. Then forget the connection and completely reconnect to the WiFi by putting in the password again. Then try re-enabling QoS and see whether it works.
