hey guys I've tried everything just cant seem to get a UK lobby at all ? 

it works for rebirth but i sit here for ages an nothing I've followed all the steps removing restarting flushing cloud etc. 

what can i try

ive reset everything again now im seeing this

In the first screenshot the host was outside your radius which indicates the Geo-Filter may have been enabled after the game booted up or you changed a setting but searched for a game straight away and that connection was still active and couldn't be blocked. Second picture that is the UK server by the looks of it that you're playing on

it just wont put me in a game in uk i can sit there for an hour an still nothing, just dont understand why. ive tried everything, ping heatmap shows the the server which i have circled

Does that blocked triangle appear every time you try to search for a game in the UK? If so ping it and let us know the ID please so we can take a look

no that only blocked the one time

Does anything appear blocked when you're searching? Any IDs you can provide can give us an insight

Wz have shut UK servers, you can only get a peer connection but all games are now routed thru that triangle or France

The peer will actually be a server - just misclassified

for some reason i am not getting anything anymore and have this writing at the bottom

Clear your browser cache/cookies and then refresh the page and see whether it loads correctly
