This is a hardware issue so not much we can really do to advise on this. Can you provide a small video on what you're seeing? Then we may have a better idea

That's not something I can give you an easy fix for, that requires soldering or small screws by the looks of it. Was it like that when you got it? By opening the router I'm pretty sure you're voided your warranty as well so I don't think you could get a replacement either now

ohh I opened it yet I found this on a forum and nope it wasn't like that when I got it

If that's not yours and you haven't opened it then I'd suggest pursuing a replacement rather than trying to fix it yourself

You would either go to the retailer or make a ticket here with Netgear support http://support.netgear.com/

If you log in to mynetgear it will show your warranty period and you can raise a RMA from there.
