Geo Filter

i'm sorry I just bought the netduma, but I can't lock it, I followed all the instructions for the geo filter, I put in America, but I'm staying in Italy, what do I do? thank you

You have your ping assist set to 150, so Geo-filter will not block any connection under 150ms ping. 

Please set ping assist to 0 then reboot the game, you shouldn't be getting connected to Italy now.

thank you very much, but do I also have to download a vpn or is the geo filter enough to move to the servers?

You should just be able to do it with the Geo-Filter but keep in mind it's purpose is not to force servers far away - doing this can cause long search times and your ping will be higher which won't make for a good game experience. 

To use HybridVPN you would need a subscription with a VPN provider that supports OpenVPN

i subscribed to hidmyass vpn was default in netduma options.
with that works better than the geo filter? and if so how can I set it?

It will add additional ping so would make the game experience worse most likely. Follow the basic setup on HybridVPN - then add your device on the right side - if it's a console it will apply the VPN to the entire device then you can try searching for a game

most of the time the Ping Heatmap doesn't work for me, it stays that way, what am I wrong?  thank you

Click the  icon in the top left of the panel, resync the cloud and then try pinging the game again and it should work
