SPYHAWK Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 One day it just stopped working. Wouldn't take my password tried to trouble shoot still nothing can't even use it anymore. What do I do?
Netduma Liam Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 Welcome to the forum! Which password are you referring to? The Wi-Fi password or the admin password to access the interface?
Netduma Liam Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 Have you recently reset the R2? Are you able to connect to the R2 via wired and then access the interface that way to change the Wi-Fi password? If not, you could also try following this guide and see if this helps:http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-my-new-netduma-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work
SPYHAWK Posted June 23, 2021 Author Posted June 23, 2021 Can't connect says Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration. I can't change WIFI password because I still cant get into it.
Netduma Liam Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 It will say that if you've reset the R2, but you should still have access to the interface. Are you still able to see the R2 Wi-Fi network, it just won't accept your password? If so, try the guide I linked previously.
SPYHAWK Posted June 23, 2021 Author Posted June 23, 2021 Yes it shows in my networks but won't take my network key.
Netduma Liam Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 After following the guide? If so, please send us the password on the sticker and we'll send back the correct password.
SPYHAWK Posted June 23, 2021 Author Posted June 23, 2021 That worked I'm connected now I'm going to try and access the interface thank you
