On the Internet Protocol Version 4 properties window click ok, then on the ethernet properties window, untick Internet Protocol Version 6, then click ok. That should close and the ethernet adapter should try connecting using those new details. Once that's done please do ipconfig again and post the results here. If so could you grab the logs from the System Information page please? Does the connection restore itself and if so for how long or do you have to reboot/reset?
