Try direct to a wall outlet as well as through an extender. If that doesn't work see if you have a power adapter with the same connection type and voltage and see if it works - it could be the power adapter is faulty. Run through the setup wizard and connect ALL devices to the router. Make sure you run through all the tours available to you - the general tour and Rapp specific tours and read all the information it provides so you can understand how it works and how to get the best out of it. [email protected] Posted April 28, 2021 Author Share Posted April 28, 2021 hey fraser. im connected to the wifi on my laptop atm but when seting up i was prestented with a never eneding spinning loading screen so i closed the window, seems to appear that i have established a connection but when trying to connect via ethernet cable to my desktop pc i cant seem to get internet or connection. i also cant get connected on my xbox one ether Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
