Error when resyncing cloud on Geo-Filter

I've only experienced it in the Geo-filter, not the heatmap, but I don't use the heatmap all that much. Resyncing the cloud appears to be the only thing that triggers it but it doesn't happen every time.

I'm not using Adblocker, never set it up, I don't think I've even opened that rapp.

Do you have an adblocker extension in your web browser? Could you please disable that and refresh the page without cache (CTRL + F5).

The error isn't there right now, and no I don't use an adblocker extension in my browser. I just double-checked my extensions and the only ones are for Google Docs and Sheets. I was just reporting that it has occurred several times in the past. I don't believe the issue is the browser because I can leave the browser window open when the router reboots. Once it reboots and I refresh the page, the error goes away. I don't have any way to test anything right now because I'm not getting the error at this time.

Next time it happens right click on the page, click Inspect Element, go to the console tab and expand that window and take a screenshot please. Also try to make note of exactly when it appears i.e. after clicking these options etc

This is quite an out there idea but in the 3 dot menu on the top right of the interface could you enable the accessibility mode and then refresh the page and see if the error is still present please?

It can be reproduced by choosing to resync the cloud and refreshing the page before it's finished and the only way I found to stop it is to reboot the R2.

It has also come up without me clicking anything, just sitting on the page while playing a game then I check the router and find the error. I know rebooting makes it go away but I'm hoping to find a permanent solution.

Typically between 2-4 hours

Could you perhaps have a gaming session with the interface closed and re-visit it afterwards to see if the issue is still present? If so, could you please grab a log file from System information and send it over?

As much fun as this has been, I fully expect that the router I paid for to work as its supposed to. Instead of sending me on wild goose chases when the issue is clearly with the geo-filter rapp, as evidenced by a simple search of this forum, please come up with a fix with the information you have been provided. If you can't, then my next steps will be to initiate the return process. I don't mind some simple troubleshooting, but this has gone beyond what I'm willing to tolerate. Again, fix the problem or I'll be expecting a full refund.

We've got all the information the developers need so they're aware and looking into it, we're just doing our due diligence to see whether there is a way to recreate it or prevent it happening. With the information we currently have we can't suggest a 100% fix it would require more troubleshooting, if you don't want to do this then you can see the return terms here: netduma.com/terms
