Netduma r2 problem

today recieve my netduma r2 and when i load geo-filter i see msg 

uncaught exception: undefined

Error: This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.

Error: The operation is taking longer than expected. Please briefly wait before using this Rapp.

 

 

i try to reset the routher i follow the step  but the same results i can not open the geofilter also pingheatmap,hybrid-vpn,divece maneger

the same results have when i try to use IOS app i conect to wife network with my iphone but geofilter always show me error

Sorry to hear this, how did you reset the router? As you still have access to the interface it may be best to do it through here by going to the three-dot interface in the top right.

I google it the error and i see in this forum that other users have this problem and i reset my router folowing the steps. I reset with reset on back on the router.

I have access to the interface and will try this

Sorry to hear you're having these issues, when did they first occur? After changing settings, reboot, upgrade etc? Can you provide a full screenshot showing what you're seeing please? What firmware version are you using?

I do you check the router before to send to customer because I can not understand why this not work properly ?

I see you have enabled the Hybrid VPN feature, what VPN provider are you using? Can you do a factory reset please and not use HybridVPN and see if there is a difference?

Thank you for trying this, could you please try re-installing the most recent firmware? To do, download the firmware from here https://www.dropbox.com/s/49gt1wxva9rxame/DumaOS-R2-3.0.205.sig?dl=0 and in your interface, click the three dot menu then update. After the installation, please factory reset again just to be safe.
