Problem using Geo-filter Error

Dear Reader,

I am using te Netduma R2 router for a while now. But since today i have a problem with the geofilter wich is giving me some error codes. Can anyone help me with this error?

I guess i have fixed that error, but now i get this one when i try to switch to another location on geofilter. I need some help

RPC error 'ERROR_CMDFAIL': Exec '/usr/bin/geoip -f /tmp/geoip_ipc2 -h -a "19" -l "-13"' failed with 1

Thanks for confirming, are you using any adblockers or similar browser extensions? If so could you please try disabling these and see if that helps?

I looked into it but there i am not using any adblockers or something like that. It worked fine until today. I made only one change, bevause i am playing with Hybrid VPN right now. But when i disable VPN it still gives me an error.

Does your location successfully change or does this error prevent you from changing location?

When did the error first occur - after changing a setting, loading a page, after being on the page for a certain amount of time?

I think you'll need to factory reset the router from the interface to clear the error

Same exact thing is happening to me right now. I've checked firmware, deleted profiles & started new ones, restarted router multiple times, factory reset, nothings working. Any solution?

Welcome to the forum!

Is that the exact error message you're seeing? If not, could you provide the error you're getting?

What browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser or perhaps an Incognito window?
