Downloading data from the cloud has failed. Make sure you are connected to the internet, or the cloud servers are down.
Netduma Liam 288 Posted April 8 Do you get the same issue if you go to the three-line menu in Ping Heatmap and click Resync Cloud? Does the pop-up still occur after this?
KoRZoR 0 Posted April 8 Same messages when clicking on Resync Cloud I can add custom list but i cant resync.
Netduma Fraser 11,634 Posted April 8 Can you disable any Firewall options on the Mitrastar please? It appears something is blocking it

Netduma Fraser 11,634 Posted April 9 Does the Mitrastar have a modem or bridge mode you can use instead?

KoRZoR 0 Posted Saturday at 12:36 AM this is my config
Netduma Fraser 11,634 Posted Saturday at 12:06 PM Interesting, have you been using bridge mode and PPPoE in the R2 the entire time even when adjusting the DMZ?
KoRZoR 0 Posted Saturday at 12:44 PM Yes but i lost connection to Internet and had to restore defaults on mitrastar and start over again, not sure if it was a dmz problem.
Netduma Fraser 11,634 Posted Saturday at 01:31 PM Okay so take it out of bridge mode, remove PPPoE from the R2 and use the DMZ on the Mitrastar instead, does it work then?
