Dumaos login error

Recommended Posts

Hello, I received the NetdumaR2 yesterday. Everything was running fine. Until I updated firmware today since the update firmware I'm unable to log in DumaosOs.

I've tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, Turning off antivirus. But I'm still unable to login.

I wouldn't know how to downgrade firmware without logging in.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

What firmware version did you upgrade to? It would have come with the latest pre-installed.

The default details are:

Username - admin
Password - password

However, you would have been given an opportunity to change these during the setup wizard so you may need to use those instead.

Hello,

thanks for the reply back I upgraded to v.3.0.205

It was recommended for me to upgrade.

I did try username admin

             password - password

however that didn’t work.

i also tried username - NetdumaR2

password - followed by what I changed WiFi password too

sadly still no luck with being able to log in.

Those are the WiFi details, during the wizard you will have had the chance to change the login credentials.

You'll need to hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access the router and use the default credentials I mentioned above

Okay, I never changed the login credentials then. I’ll give that method a try when I’m back home and report back with an update.

Thankyou.
