netduma r2 stop working

Hi i received my netduma r2 4 days ago,i install it and work fine,now after 4 days the router has stopped working,i also tried to factory reset now but nothing,the wi fi doesn t even connect to redo the first setup wizard,what should i do??

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Follow the password conversion method here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work

to get the correct password and then you'll be able to complete the wizard. Please note that when you change the WiFi details you will then need to reconnect using the new credentials you have set in order to complete the wizard.

Just to be sure, could you confirm that you have your R2 connected to your modem via it's blue WAN port? Then any connected devices should be connected via the yellow LAN ports.

Is the R2's WAN light flashing (Second from the left)? Is the Wi-Fi password not being accepted? Or is it accepting the password but then just unable to access the interface?
