Qos not working

Okay great, I'm assuming the credentials aren't working? If you use:

Username: admin
Password: password

does it work?

Can you not sort this remotely for me? I’ve waited three months for this to arrive and I’ve had nothing. But problems.

If the login isn't working then the only thing to do is to try another factory reset, it will work eventually - there is nothing I can do in that situation, we're also a small team so can't do remote support like that unfortunately. I do think it could be worth pursuing a replacement though, if you email [email protected] with this link https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35697-qos-not-working/page/2/#comments and your order number that we can do that.
