Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 28, 2021 If the login isn't working then the only thing to do is to try another factory reset, it will work eventually - there is nothing I can do in that situation, we're also a small team so can't do remote support like that unfortunately. I do think it could be worth pursuing a replacement though, if you email [email protected] with this link https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35697-qos-not-working/page/2/#comments and your order number that we can do that.
