Welcome to the forum!

Could you please send me a screenshot of your Geo-filter page, perhaps I can suggest some improvements?

I have filtering mode on, ping assist to 0, strict mode on , auto ping host on. I just don’t know what else I can do. I reset the router, exit out the game it’ll find a game every now and then but after that it’s just be searching forever. My NAT type is OPEN so that should be a problem either. Please help me out I’ve spent to much money on this router.

You only have 1 server in that radius which is Texas, that could be why it is taking longer. Where abouts are you based?

Try this please:

  1. Quit the game/client completely - including from the System Tray
  2. Remove device from Geo-Filter
  3. Go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type
  4. Flush cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  6. Setup the Geo-Filter how you would like but put Ping Assist to 0
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up the client/game

Then try again

i have another question. is there a way I can manually add a server to my allowed list. If I go to my ping heat map and slick on the server that  i have good connection to can i manually add it my allowed list somehow?

What are the lowest ping servers shown to you by Ping Heatmap? If you identify them - even if they appear mislocated - and then adjust the Geo-Filter to cover those areas do you get games quicker? - Do this while the game/client is off.

No you can't do that currently but we are looking to make Geo and Heatmap work more in sync in the future.

I just put geo filter over all the servers that’s gives me 14 ping. I’m going to see how that works for me.

Mine still won't find a game...
I have version: v2.3.2.108

It's frustrating. I just purchased a new xr500.

I don't think it is necessary to buy another router. You are on an older version though so I would recommend upgrading to the latest: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/New-Firmware-v2-3-2-120-XR500/td-p/2071196/jump-to/first-unread-message

Then doing a factory reset and trying those steps again.
