Sterben Posted March 17, 2021 Share Posted March 17, 2021 Greetings guys, lately I've been having an issue with my DumaOS 3.0 that is not letting me use features such as Geo Filter or even QoS, as it doesn't let me click anything or change any settings. Sterben Posted March 17, 2021 Author Share Posted March 17, 2021 Grettings Fraser, so for e.g when I click the factory reset option nothing happens but, I have Factory Resetted the router twice from the back, assigned a new username and password to acces through the platform and set it up the Wi-Fi and stuff and I'm still getting the same sentences on the Geo-Filter area and it doesn't let me click any option that is on it such as the Polygon Mode, The Delete feature and neither the drawing thing as well.
