Geo Filter not working, can not even delete a device or set up a location

Recommended Posts

Hi I am having some issues with the Geo-filter, I can not set up my location or even delete a device, I have change my computer to a Playstation, I have reset the R2 and it is the same, I have restart everything.

when I try to add a new device i got a error message "Unable to instal because some filters are overlaping"

something that it changes when I reset the R2 is the wifi password changed, is not the same as in the label at the back anymore, how is this possible?

Welcome the the forum!

The password changing after a reset is something we're aware of and working on a fix for, sorry about that.

Are you getting the same error in all browsers/incognito windows? Have you tried clearing browser cache etc?

Thanks for the answer sorry for the late answer I have been busy and really have not had time to check the router at all, well what I did I change the firmware version for the old one and I think was working properly but not the 5G, I upgrade again to the lates version and change browser and all was working good aparently anyway I was testing the Geolocation and I could not connect to the US servers (but thats another point)

today I start downloading something from my xbox and then I wanted to play something on the PC but I was to laggy, so decided to open the QoS to change the parameters and I can not open, it stay there, I can not open either connecntion benchmark, device manager etc...

Not yet but you can use the password conversion method here to find out what the password is: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work
