I have frontier fiber internet and i pay and receive 1000 /1000 and im getting those speeds on the router

First of wall i can use netduma directly with the modem so i have to connect it behind the router.

Its works but my speeds are capped at 100 /100

I dont know what else to do. Thanks!

Hi @Guardian21

please try that, click on the three dots on the top of the right in your router menu:

click on advanced/ networkconnection speed change

here you can do a quick test or you set it up manually and type 1000 download and 1000 upload.

I think here is the issue.

Please let me know if it worked.

cheers

The screenshot is a bit too small - for the Internet row does it say the link speed is 100Mbits?

Yes it does. ive even tried going into my main router and forcing 1000/1000 full duplex and its stops working

only way it works is auto config and gets 100/100

Okay then that could be an ethernet cable issue, do you have another that you can try connecting the two with to see if it changes to 1000Mbits and then see whether you get your speeds?

I will have a developer take a look then, please ensure:

  1. Remote support is enabled in R2 WAN Settings
  2. You remove any port forwarding rules on the R2
  3. Your modem/router has been set up to ensure devices on the R2 receive an open NAT

Once you've done that please post back and I'll pass it on to a dev to take a look next week.

Now you have done this the dev can take a look at any time, nothing to do on your part. I will let you know once they have managed to access it
