Sorry, it is the same device or isn't? Only servers/hosts you manually allow/deny will appear there, you don't need to do that

Nothing yet, still same. I'm trying to attach a video clip as I'm doing everything but is to big. Do you have another way where I can send a video clip?

Could you provide a screenshot showing the IP address from your PC network settings and the corresponding device on the Device Manager? For example here is my PC:

It's same.. I think I fired it. Now the only trouble is that in the geo show me like the only server allowed is in europe. I'm trying to play in Miami.

That appears to be a manually allowed server, so it's either one that's whitelisted as an authentication server or one that you've manually allowed.

The Miami server isn't included within your Polygon, so you won't be able to get a game there, try drawing another polygon around the Miami server and see if you then get a game.

Yes, I take the photo after change the polygon.. when I try to looking for games there it's to long the wait time, same as when I playing in which ever place after 3 - 4 games to get in the next game I've to wait like 20 minute's and some times I've to restart the game. Why? What I've to do? Thank you

  4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option
  5. Setup the Geo-Filter how you would like

  7. Boot up the client/game

See if it is any better after that. The Spanish server is not always available unfortunately.

Can you try this again please and see if they appear?

I also did factores reset by the web and by the router. Always show me that. Never complete the resync cloud.
