The mobile app? Are they failing to load on the mobile app?

On the router interface on a PC go to System Information and in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot from the interface and see if it helps.

I’ve done several reboots from the interface as well as 2 factory resets. One reset after upgrading to the newest firmware and one days after. All of that without any luck
