Gamio
I downloaded it from de DumaOS app. And also the Rapps keep failing to load every other day
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 4, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 4, 2021 The mobile app? Are they failing to load on the mobile app? On the router interface on a PC go to System Information and in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot from the interface and see if it helps. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 10, 2021 What do you mean by several times? Have you been doing factory resets? Did you factory reset after upgrading to the latest version?
Gamio
I’ve done several reboots from the interface as well as 2 factory resets. One reset after upgrading to the newest firmware and one days after. All of that without any luck
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2021 Are you using the Dashboard a lot/have you pinned a lot of panels to it? Are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time?
Gamio
The Dashboard is basically unused. The interface is only open while playing warzone

Gamio
The other Rapps work most or the time. The biggest issue is with geo-filter that only works for a couple of times if I reboot my R2
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2021 Can you get the logs from the System Information page when accessing via a PC when you see the issue happening please?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 12, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 12, 2021 Thanks for that. Could you unpin all the panels from the dashboard and reboot the router from the interface please and see how long it takes for it to occur again?
