kBOTTY4242 Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 I just bought the R2, and I followed the setup instructions, but when I connect to the Netduma wi-fi, it has no internet connection. I called ATnT to try and get my router's ports unlocked but that didnt help either. Maybe I just contact the Netduma manufacturers?
Netduma Liam Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 Welcome to the forum! Have you been through the initial setup? You won't have internet access until you've done this.
kBOTTY4242 Posted February 25, 2021 Author Posted February 25, 2021 What I did was the first few steps on the manual. I unplugged my router, and plugged the NETDUMA into the port and then I powered everything on again. I even had ATNT unlocks the Ports on my router. Still no internet connection
