kBOTTY4242
I just bought the R2, and I followed the setup instructions, but when I connect to the Netduma wi-fi, it has no internet connection. I called ATnT to try and get my router's ports unlocked but that didnt help either. Maybe I just contact the Netduma manufacturers?
Netduma Liam
Welcome to the forum! Have you been through the initial setup? You won't have internet access until you've done this.
kBOTTY4242
What I did was the first few steps on the manual. I unplugged my router, and plugged the NETDUMA into the port and then I powered everything on again. I even had ATNT unlocks the Ports on my router. Still no internet connection

kBOTTY4242
correction: it was dumaos/[IP address]. Maybe i should be on my own internet not the netduma internet?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 25, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 25, 2021 You don't need an internet connection to access the interface/go through the setup wizard, go to http://192.168.77.1 does that take you to the interface? kBOTTY4242
I found my problem: I needed to type dumaos/ OR the IP not both at the same time. Thanks
