VPN Issue - Not Masking IP (VPN Unlimited)

Hi all 

Looking for some support with the Hybrid VPN setup/configuration. I’ve configured my VPN Unlimited using the config file (copy and pasted) using the global UN and Password from VPN Unlimited. It successfully connects via the logs. 
 

I then add a device and do not filter services so that the VPN should be operating at all times on the device. The IP address, however, before and after adding remains the same. It is not masking my IP. 
 

Has anyone run into this issue before?

By 'do not filter these services' do you mean 'do not VPN these services'? 

What version are you currently running?

Where are you checking your IP to see if it has changed?

Thanks - appreciate the warm welcome. Yes - sorry I mean 'do NOT VPN these services'.

The router version is 2.3.2.114 and I check the IP multiple places - https://www.whatismyip.comhttps://www.whatismyip.net

The only other thing I can think of that's causing this is the EX800 range extender not being set up with VPN but even when I add that to the list, I still get the same results on the devices I add that are running through the EX800.

The IP address can be cached which may be what is happening here, reboot the devices in question and then check the IP, have they changed?

Just tried rebooting the devices - no luck...
