XR500 HELP PLEASE THIS PROBLEM is very large XR500 turning off and on

So im sure you know there is this restarting thing that keeps happening with a lot of XR500s this is happening in 2021 and i looked at many user support forms NO SOLUTIONS I CAN FIND about it keep turning off and on every 5 minutes and it just keeps getting worse and worse please Reply ONLY IF YOU KNOW A FIX yes i factory reset it yes i updated it i tried a lot but only share me a fix if you know on.

There is no such thing as an instant fix sadly when it comes to finding why a router is rebooting but in your case a TFTP install of the firmware would be a good start. 
other reason could be bad power supply so you need to spend time trying out different options. If it’s rebooting every 5 mins I would TFTP and if it continues look at the power supply and if that did not solve it it’s a hardware issue.

I haven't heard of this problem happening a lot at all so if it is they're not engaging us about it at the very least. Very good advice above. Here is how to use TFTP to upgrade the router: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP

Try different power points, direct to the wall, from an extender etc. If you have another power adapter that uses the same voltage etc try that as well. Really though it could be a hardware issue and you would need to contact the retailer you purchased from or Netgear here: http://support.netgear.com/
