XR500 cannot load devices and VPN not working.

After two days up XR500 cannot load devices in "Device Manager" tab and what is really terrible is that my devices are no longer connected to VPN.

When I want to switch to device manager tab after a while I get "R-app was not loaded yet, try again in a minute". The solution is to restart router. 

I'm translating error messages from polish so may not be exactly correct.

Known issue or do you want some logs to investigate? If so, where to get them from?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Can you go to System information -> Install Rapps -> Click the menu icon and set retries to 5?

This should stop the error you're receiving.

It's already set to 5. This error spams web browser console.

I have updated from 2.3.2.66 to this https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/New-Firmware-v2-3-2-108-XR500/td-p/2014592.

But this really disappointed me since I was surrfing the net without VPN and I wasn't even aware of that.

We'll see in couple of days if it happens again.

Make sure you do a factory reset once you've upgraded and then let us know how you get on. There is another version you can try after that as well.
