XR1000 GUI stops responding

My XR1000 after some time (1 week or so) the GUI stops responding.  I have tried deleting the cache and multiple browsers, using the IP instead of routerlogin.net, etc... I have even opened a case in netgear.com but they just send me to a help page and don't go into the case at all...

Anyone has this issue?  How can we open a bug to fix it?
