rogerb45365 Posted February 4, 2021 Posted February 4, 2021 Ping Heatmap is not loading in browser. I get and error can not load it, I tried safari &.chrome. Last time to get it working again I had to reboot the router. This is very inconvenient when I have other people streaming and using the internet in my home. Would appreciate investigation causing this bug.
UK Sentinel Posted February 4, 2021 Posted February 4, 2021 I also have this issue on my XR500 running XR500-V2.3.2.108 - please add to fix-list 👍 Problem occurs after a few days and is with Chrome, Explorer and Edge Browsers on Windows 10 Laptop

I've let the team know about this as we're seeing it on the XR450 as well so likely something in that DumaOS version so we'll get it sorted. For now you will need go to System Information, in the Rapp panel options change the retries to 5 and then reboot. If it happens again after that you'll have to reboot. Do you have Armor enabled by any chance?

rogerb45365 Posted February 10, 2021 Author Posted February 10, 2021 Note: I do not have Armor enabled. I did as suggested and changed retry attempts option to 5. This worked up until now. It again is not loading. Just a heads up.
