Thanks for that, it's very odd that is doesn't seem to be adhering to QoS properly. A few things, could you ensure IPv6 is disabled in WAN/LAN settings and also give the Xbox less bandwidth in Bandwidth Allocation - Devices - then disable share excess and see if that stops it please.

IPv6 is off, but if i untick share access i have a lot of devices connected.
That wouldnt be good for the rest of the family

You have a decent amount of bandwidth but put that on Auto-Enable, I'm not sure how many devices you have but if you give the Xbox say 1% and then untick share excess that should give enough to other devices. See if that helps, you can always revert it.

How do you have your Geo-filter configured? What was the reasoning for port forwarding and disabling UPnP? Are you having NAT issues?

Also where have you posted that's resulted in 5 days of no response? Let me know and I'll look into it.

i didnt make a forum cause I wasnt aware that was how I get a response. I messaged directly fraser and another dev and got no response. Yes, i did try forwarding because I have always had NAT issues and for some reason the last 2 weeks have been harder connecting to games because the NAT profile got to another level. I tried forwarding starting with both my consoles which managed to get the NAT back to type 2 on both of my consoles but I am discovering more of my games are not allowing me to play before and after the forwarding process. I will make a forum for m0y issues

We get lots of PMs so the fastest way to get support here is to make a forum topic, we respond every single day multiple times a day. I''ll respond to your post.
