Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 2, 2021 Administrators Posted February 2, 2021 Follow these steps please: Completely quit the game and client, including from the system tray Remove the device from the Geo-Filter Flush the cloud Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter and choose the manual option Setup your settings with 0 Ping Assist Wait 2 minutes Boot up the game Then see if you can see if you connect elsewhere.

Been doing this steps all night thats the full pic after doing those steps.

Are the settings always enabled before going on the game/device? Could you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and see if you notice a difference please?

I reboted i deleted i flushed the cloud i tried with filters on filters off. yes enabled before i start the game and wait 5 min. i dont know what i can test do more.

Any ide if we are able to connect to that Poland server? i get 20 ms on that but it never connects to it it just shows as an allowed server but its not connecting to it. il try US next to see if it connects

No that server is just for authentication, it isn't a game server. Let us know how you get on.

I have connect to the US servers before however i have been able to connect to the US server constantly is via a vpn. I am based in the UK. however the ping is sill really high

Hello, welcome to the forum! This is normal and has always happened with CoD games, when you first start up the game from your console dashboard they ping all the servers to see which you can connect to. This is why it is important to have your Geo-Filter set up the way you want prior to launching the game.
